Rent Collection Services
Fee: 3.6% including VAT
Our rent collection services are particularly useful for individuals who have an investment portfolio. With our rent collection service, we save you the time and energy spent on collecting rent every month. In addition to this, we also issue monthly financial statements.
Full Management Services
Fee: Monthly 6% including VAT charged monthly on the rental income recieved each month.
